RETURN POLICY

Thyme products purchased from Babies“R”Us may only be returned, exchanged or refunded at Thyme departments located at select Babies“R”Us locations with a receipt and in accordance with the current Toys“R”Us/Babies“R”Us Refund Policy.

Thyme products purchased at Thyme Maternity retail stores may only be returned at Thyme Maternity retail stores.

NOTE - Thyme undergarments (bras, underwear and bathing suits) may not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. All such sales are final.

Where no proof of purchase or price ticket is provided by the customer returning Thyme product for refund or exchange, Toys“R”Us can refer the customer to any Thyme store OR, when the Thyme product is manually identified as being one in Toys“R”Us’s assortment of products, accept the return or exchange in accordance with Toys“R”Us’s return policy.
