I was searching for a product that would eliminate panty lines/decrease chafing while wearing snug summer dresses while pregnant and these certainly do the trick. I'm disappointed there's no rubber at the back to help keep it from sliding down like the original spanx and the nylon material over the belly snagged and has a huge run after only wearing a few times. But overall they're not bad and I will purchase again and be more cautious of the delicate nylon parts.
I would say these spanx are worth it, the belly part doesn't have compression so you don't have to worry about hurting baby. The legs are fairly long and help with rubbing issues. The top part goes quite high, but I think it's better than being too short. Overall these are great for keeping things in place, but don't buy it if you think it's going to help with compression as it's not meant for that.
I bought these to wear under dresses not to change my shape but to reduce chafing between my thighs. The legs are extremely tight - too tight for me to wear. I ordered the same size as I would wear in pants.
Bought these for 28 weeks + of pregnancy, I did go up a size to be safe...wanted them for under summer dresses to 'smooth things' as others have mentioned and they do the trick!! Haven't had prolonged use yet, or lots of washes but I'm certain they'll hold up...and for the price even if they only take me to the end I'll be happy 😉
Comfy and great fit. Could be just a little more structured but it does the job.
I love these so much I went straight back and bought a second pair. They are fine like stocking fabric but stronger, and offer the perfect amount of support without being restrictive (especially over the baby bump). I've worn them under my most fitted dress and it smooths everything out beautifully. Highly recommend.
So unhappy with this purchase. The material is cheap. And the leg rolls up when I pull my jeans over them. And the top of them are way to loose. Don't waste your money.
I never know what size to get in these things, I usually wear a small/medium so I ordered the medium and I am currently 33 weeks. I would probably go up a size because they are extremely tight, but I do recommend them for smoothing everything out under a thin dress.
